Nippersink Library Celebrates 35 years of Service.

The Nippersink Public Library District was voted into existence on April 29, 1973. In April we will celebrate 35 years of service to the community with a week-long celebration April 13-19 to be held in conjunction with National Library Week. On Sunday, April 13th we will kick-off the celebration with an Open House from 1 to 4 PM.

Special events with storyteller, Jim May, and folk singer, Amy Beth.

On Sunday, April 13 at 2:00 PM, acclaimed professional storyteller, Jim May, will share his tales of the Nippersink.

Saturday, April 19 at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, come and enjoy hearing folk singer, Amy Beth.

The Friends of the Nippersink Library (FONL) will auction several dozen pieces of artwork with all proceeds going to the Nippersink Library. Bid sheets will be available at the library beginning April 1.
